ULPower familiarization class

A couple of weeks ago, we got an invitation for a familiarization class at the ULPower HQ in Ieper / Belgium.

Last Friday , me and  11 other people who are considering a ULPower engine for their project, were welcomed by the ULPower team.

Patrick Denorme, CEO and technical brain behind the ULPower Engines, enthusiastically told us about the features and benefits of these full Fadec, fuel injected, aircooled engines.

Since a proper installation is paramount to ensure a good engine performance, we got a lot of tips & tricks on things to consider while building your aircraft / installing the engine.

After lunch, we got to the more practical part of the course :  maintenance and troubleshooting your engine.  ULPower engines are said to be easy to maintain and this class has confirmed this.

The interactive maintenance and troubleshoot guides (available on ulpower.com) are a real asset in doing the job.

The fun part about this class is that thanks to the small number of  participants, everybody gets a chance to ask plenty of questions during class. There was even time for  a one on one  Q&A.

For those interested, there are still a couple of “seats” for the next class on the 14 th of June.  Registrations at info@ulpower.com
