Extended TBO for Naturally Aspirated Engines
Effective immediately, any naturally aspirated ULPower Aero Engine with a serial number above 250000 will benefit from an increased Time Between Overhauls (TBO) of 2,000 hours or 12 years, whichever comes first. This upgrade reflects ULPower’s ongoing focus on reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

UL520T Warranty and TBO Enhancements
Owners of the UL520T turbocharged model with a serial number above 250000 can also celebrate two noteworthy changes:
Warranty Extension: The warranty period has been doubled from 1 year to 2 years (or 1500 hours whichever comes first), providing longer protection and greater peace of mind.
TBO Increase: TBO has been raised from 1,000 hours to 1,500 hours or 12 years, reinforcing ULPower’s commitment to delivering durable, long-lasting engines.
Hybrid powertrain solution
ULPower Aero Engines is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Efesto—an industry leader in advanced electrification solutions—to develop a next-generation hybrid propulsion system. This collaboration combines ULPower’s proven engine designs with Efesto’s expertise in electric drive technology, resulting in a hybrid solution that not only powers traditional and experimental aircraft but also functions as a stand- alone generator for eVTOL applications.
Ethanol Fuel Testing for the Latin American Market
